Excellent customer service

I had a previous complaint on hello peter about having problems trying to get a new Mr price card. To date no one has contacted me. I had to sort it out myself. A big shout out goes to Ivy of sammy marks pretoria. She went out of her way to assist me. She had patience and was very friendly. This is what customer service should be like. I finally have my new card after Ivy and I had to fight with the *********** call centre. If it was not for Ivy I would have opted to close my account and told everyone about the bad experience.<br>
