Excellent customer service

On the evening of July 3rd 2015, we visited Mr Price in the Gateway Mall in Durban. I needed to purchase a dress to take to my niece who is a resident in New Zealand. She is celebrating her 21st birthday this month, and having browsed the Mr Price online store from New Zealand identified a dress she really liked and wanted. We were flying to NEW ZEALAND the following day, and needed to purchase the dress to take with us. Unfortunately we could not locate the dress in her size on the shop floor. We requested assistance from Sibusiso who went the extra mile to locate and retrieve the dress for us. Not only did he make great efforts to provide us with the item needed, his customer service etiquette, and general demeanor was excellent (and all this just before the store closing time) and made for an all round very good experience at Mr Price in Gateway.
