Excellent customer service

<p>I have been hunting down 60 backpacks to give as Christmas gifts to an orphanage. No store had enough stock on hand - I bought some from Rosebank, some from Sandton City but still needed 20 more. I went to Clearwater Mall to try track down the rest and was assisted by Sithembile, who spent a lot of time trying to find stock in her own store and calling around to nearby stores to ask them to reserve the backpacks. She promised me that she would call me once they found the stock but I desperately needed the stock today and couldn't risk them not having enough. When she couldn't find enough stock, she arranged with Cradlestone Mall to put the stock aside. When I arrived, the bags were already waiting for me at the tillpoint.
