Excellence in Service

Good day, I was in Mr Price Home Newmarket last year and I purchased a mortar and pestle. Once I got in the car I realised I couldn't take it as hand luggage. So I sent my friend to refund the product. I did not realise, I had to sign. The shop assistance upon hearing that I am challenged with walking brought the receipt to the car for me to sign. I actually teared because on some of my shopping experiences I get rudeness. At one stage I almost closed my Mr Price account because there were no tellers.and I stood in queue with my stick. Thank you lady from Mr Price I'll continue to shop there.
