EPITOME OF BEING USELESS

I have been waiting for my order since I ordered 29 APRIL and not even a simple update from Mr Price! Kindly assist with advising the progress on my order? I sent multiple emails no response! Called and the consultants are just as useless. Went into OnTheDot system to track it and it’s just sitting there!! Why send an email and say “shipped” on the 13th of May and do nothing for it to reach me? Yes we have Covid19 happen but you PROMISED 7-10 working days delivery it is now the 17th day! Don’t state “7-10 working days” on your website and do the total opposite, such a reputations risk! I have a feeling you must have lost my order like you PREVIOUSLY have!

I even regret ordering winter clothes with you as by the time they do happen to get delivered winter will be done!

Please refund me and I will gladly go to other brands that care about customer services!
