Enraged

It is amazing how easy it is to open a Mr Price account yet the same cant be said about termination. I sent request to close my account to their accounts department after settling my closing balance and received a notice on this. to my surprise a month ago i noted that the account is still active and i have an outstanding balance, this angered me and i forgot to attend to this. Only yesterday i received a lost-card policy opened on my behalf and it got me enraged.

How do i close my account with immediate effect???
