Enquiring about stock

I phoned in to see if they have stock of a certain product, the woman i spoke to gave the phone to someone else as i assume she didn't know what i was speaking about. <br> <br> The lady i got, i explained the product to her, the colour, price, the words that is written on it and even where it was hanging in the store. Sounding a bit confused, she tells me they dont have stock. I asked her if she knows what im speaking about as they had stock a few days ago. She didnt even bother to go have a look or anything. Just told me they have lots of stuff. <br> <br> Really sucky service and not helpful at all. You should receive the same service whether you're calling in or visiting the store. <br> <br> Now i gotta drive all the way to the store just to find out if they have stock. <br> <br> The worst!!!!
