Enough is enough.... sort out your payment options!

This is not the first but the second time now already where MrP harassers me for a payment I already made... I don't know why the offer different payment methods and then still harass you even though the payment was made... I always pay my account via EFT as it's easier for me and for the second time they can't find my payment and now i'm receiving calls and SMS's for non payment and yes of course i'm also charged for these calls and SMS's .... It's frustrating for me as the customer to explain that the payment was already made because the attitude that comes with this call it's as if i owe the consultant the money... this in return in messing with my credit profile which is no fault of my own... i'm fed up now
