Emelda the Fluffy Slipper Hero

I was at Mr Price Goldfields Mall in Welkom on the 28th of May 2021, I needed sleepwear for my 7 year old daughter and I found some beautiful fluffy slippers. the problem was these slippers were the last pair and had no price on them so I took another pair that looked the same hoping we could use that price , I stood in the Que hoping to get assisted and Emelda called me to her till & I explained, she didn't complain or try to pass me off to someone else. She went to look for a phone or device they use to check on their items in store, we struggled to find that particular slipper but Emelda didn't give up and 15 minutes later we found it. I was so thankful and i wish to write this review as my small way of recognizing great customer service, patience and having Ubuntu most all.

My daughter loved them immediately and I'm forever grateful for the extra mile Emelda went for me.
