Electric iron not working within 6 months of purchase.

I bought electric iron last year around sep/oct and around march 2026 it stop working.i took it back @ Mr Price cresta & they couldn't find the purchase on their system and refused to credit it to my account as I bought a new one already @ Mr Price home blueberry.
