eft payment not apprearing after a week
On the 23 of December I payed mrp by eft the amount of 1500 is not appearing on the statement yesterday I payed R200 but is appearing I gave the the capitec reference to check with capitec they said I myst go to the bank for statement I don't have time am at work,i don't understand y yesterdays's eft is appearing n the one for the 23 is not appearing but is oalso by eft and from the same bank account,they are adament that I must get a statement but am at work the time I closed the be be closed n my account will be in areas please help me
