EFT payment done but not reflecting on statement

on the 21st of Dec 2015 i made an EFT payment to the Mr price money account as given in the welcome booklet. I i called Mr Price as to why the statement is not reflecting and they told me to send a proof of payment to the following email addresses:<br> [Email Removed]<br> [Email Removed]<br> and it will relect 3 to 4 days. I have sent the proof of payment, Till this day i have not received any feedback regarding this matter. my installement payment is due on the 31 Dec 2015. I am worried that if it does not reflect before then it will affect my credit rating.<br> <br> Mr price should not encourage people to pay via EFT in their welcome booklet if it takes longer or it does not work. I mean one would expect EFT to be faster and convenient.<br> <br> I really need this matter to be resolved urgently as i don't want a bad credit rating when all this is your fault and not mine<br>
