Earphones not working

Not happy with the service received.Earphones that was bought in September are not working and the store at Quagga one of the people that assisted said they were unable to help as the produ t that I bought in their store is not made by them.How.so ?So why is it.sold.in their store.So who should I report to when something that was bought from their store is not working ?And it clearly states on the outside on the box that it has 365 days warranty.

To my surprise today when I return the item they won't be able to assist the product is not theirs How when I bought it at Mr price store?

Mr price should do better it is misleading customers.
