duplicate transaction and not assistance
I made an online purchase on MRP website on the 02/12/2019 the order number *** the purchase went through once however the funds left my account twice the amount of R505.00 i have called Mr Price everyday since the 3rd and every consultant gives me a differant story i was told they would call me back but i have not received a call nor a refund . i am fed up as R505.00 is a lot of money . However i am more upset that i am not getting assistance and i need to call every day .
