Duplicate transaction

I still cannot believe the service I have received from Mr price midlands mall Pmb clothing bought clothes on the 18/12 and transaction was duplicated phone the helpdesk and they transferred me to the shop a guy by the name of Sboniso answered the call and told me to hold for the person who will assist currently its 30 minutes on hold waiting for that person.
