Dumb service

The staff ar mr pruce is not trained properly. I went in to return items and requested my refund . The cavalier and supervisor did not want to give my money, insisting that I accept a gift card instead. I pointed out that the back of slip states that mrp will refund same original method which was used for payment. They acted dumb and just waste time. The customer care line is a nightmare. One can never get to speak to anyone. So the problem remains unresolved and Mr price still has my money. Someone who knows their work should step in and assist
