Dropping of calls on purpose
I called Mr Price Group on this number ********** and a lady called Ivonne keeps on cutting my calls on purpose every time I tell her my name. I want to resolve my account issues and I do not know why she keeps on dropping my calls all the time. This is so unprofessional and a waste of my time.
