Dropped Chat after answering not my questions

So I register this evening on MRP's website, and I am trying to link both my MRP accounts to my profile, but apparently someone never had the foresight to include that.<br> <br> Why does a single client have the ability to open both types of available accounts with MR P, yet when you spend months developing a website where said users can manage said accounts, yet can only load 1 of said accounts.<br> <br> How do I link BOTH cards to my 1 profile which exits under the 1 email address I have, or does MRP expect me to create a second email address just so I can manage both accounts on the pretty new, but pretty poorly developed website.<br> <br> You guys really need to get some fresh blood in the company, I have been a customer for nearly 2 years, and not once have I had a pleasant experience with your staff, they range the gambit from complete *****s to too stupid to even work in parliament. Apparently your Dev house hires the same education level of staff.
