Doubts on whether I will receive my order on time

I placed five different orders with Mr Price online on the 18 of December 2017 for various amounts of money. My very first order that I placed at 5 am that mornings status has not changed, it has been processing since Monday yet the money was deducted from my account. I even paid for them to deliver within 2 to 3 working days yet I might not receive my order until next week since it is a long weekend. The two orders I made after the first order have changed status to complete and shipped, why is the very first one that was the most expensive giving problems? I called the call centre and was advised they had system problems and the order was only received at 8pm that night and that my order is being packed at the warehouse but they are not sure when it will be sent (this is now Wednesday at 2pm and I placed the order Monday morning, thats 2 days into my 3 working days). I was advised if I want my money back I have to wait a minimum of 5 working days... WHY???? I am very upset and I feel like the company must do something about it!
