DOUBLE PAYMENT

October statement is incorrect, check your books correctly. In the month of May, I made 2 payments. Payment via USSD of R430 which was debited on the 26/05/2021 and cash payment of R450 on the 25/05/2021. I then reversed the payment of R430 as it was a DOUBLE PAYMENT.

I layed a complaint beginning of November, and even today I still haven't received any feedback or my money.from you.
