Double payment

I have purchased an item at Mr Price Lady grey in Paarl. This was charged twice from my account this was on the 15th of November. I was advised this will reverse within 48 days but till today it has not reversed.<br> PURCH MR PRICE PAARL CBD *** -*** <br> PURCH MR PRICE PAARL CBD *** -*** These are the 2 transactions as reflected on my bank statement. I was told that for this to be investigated I will need to go to the branch and print out a bank statement but my problem is that my bank statement for 1 month is already 7 pages long and I will be charged R13 per page by my bank. In case like this, what other option do I have? Cause if get a bank statement I will still spend almost the amount that will be refunded(R139 was price of the shirt) Do I let Mr price have the money or go to the bank and print a statement that will also accumulate a mountain of charges.<br> <br> I also phoned to talk to the manager and the call was not pleasant as she demonstrate as not interested on my issue.
