DOUBLE CHARGED

I went to Mr Price Eastgate to buy jeans for my son on Thursday the 5th October '23. I was assisted using their card payment machine and had to put in my pin twice "because the first payment didn't go through", I did so since there was no bank notification on my phone. A few minutes later "after I've left the store" I received two bank notifications from MrP. I couldn't go back then because I was running late from my lunch break. I went back the following day 06.10. '23, spoke to the guy who helped me and their DM, I had to que again for 10min since I was doing a size exchange as well. When I got to the till the lady who was helping me went to fetch the parcel bought from the previous day from security while the DM was taking my details, when she came back she decided to take the Items I brought with from the sales floor and put them on the side and help someone else whilst im still there and I HAD TO WAIT AGAIN for her to finish with the customer she was helping. No2 My details were taken and I was told they resolving the double charged issue and they will call me within an hour. I then went back to work. I then received a 087 missed call and I thought it was them I phoned the number back and yes it was them, they phoned to ask for my bank card number, I gave them and they said they will call back of which they never did up to this morning. I trued calling back on Friday evening and there was no answer. I HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN TODAY AND WASTE YET ANOTHER LUNCH HOUR WITH THEM. 😩😩
