Doors Closed more than 15min before official closing time

On Sunday 08/05/2016 at around 12h45 I arrived at Mr Price Siyabuswa to buy a gift voucher for my nephew. When I arrived at the door it was closed even though the official closing time written on the note at the door says business hours on Sunday are from 9h00 to 13h00. I asked the guy at the door to open for me cause it isn't the official time yet but he refused. He didn't even want to talk to me until I put my foot between the doors when he was opening for one of the customers who was already inside and coming out.

The name on the name tag he was wearing is Solly but I couldn't read the surname because he removed the name tag as soon as he realised that I was taking not of his name. I asked him to give me his details because I want to lodge a complaint but he refused. I asked him to call the store manager for me he refused to do that too. I was standing at the door with other customers (must have been around 5+) trying to talk to him to open the door with no success. One of the guys who work on the floor came at around 12h55 and also asked him to open for us but he maintained "we are closed" and I asked the other guy to call the manager but he just walked away and didn't come back. When it was finally 13h00 the other customers left and seeing that I am not planning to leave he allowed me to enter at 13h05. I asked for the manager at the cashier and he showed me a guy named Trevor. When I told him about the incident he said to me "it's impossible that they'd close before 13h00". I asked him if he implies that I am lying. He then told me they never close before 13h00 on Sundays. I told him we should go ask the guy at the door and that I the other guy who works here can testify to it plus I can go look for all other customers who left. He then went to the guy at the door and asked him about the incident. The guy told him that he closed at 12h50 (which was still a lie cause I arrived before 12h50) and said he is sorry.

I am really not happy at how this whole incident was handled because I had to suffer the humiliation and embarrassment of arguing at the door with passersby watching. I felt like an illiterate. It is just that I needed the voucher urgently as my nephew was leaving and he needed clothing and there was no time to buy him clothes and I'll only see him in 3 months. So I couldn't just leave without being assisted.
