Don't want with my refund

I went to mall of Africa and purchased a sweater for my brother as a gift, but bcz it's too cold h ddnt like it, I decided to go to the nearest store,, which is Tembisa Birch acres mall,, n the security lady ask a supervisor to assist which h only looked at the slip and turned around whilst I waited for minutes for him, after they a manage lucky which I was annoyed and told him about the consumer act as I had proof of payment, showing merchant no, transaction ID n so forth n told m h doesn't care about tht n cannot help,, I was once a mistry shopper don't nothing abt wat h said,
