Dont offer online services if you cant deliver

<p>i teach children in our church to dance and because they have been doing so well i decided to surprise them with new dance uniforms for their debut. I then ordered skirts online the sunday evening and had to pay for express delivery because they danced on thursday evening and i wanted to give ample time for the 1-3 days delivery. thursay came and i recived nothing not even a proper answer from the online agents, which by the way serve no purpose because they cant answer any question or you are cut off because they are all busy, an email chat is then sent to you but nobody ever follows through with your query. I leave work early every friday but i had to stay and wait just incase they decided to deliver. My parcel then arrived, the package looks like its been to hell and back and they had to dance in ordinary clothing. because there wasnothing delivered. No apology no refund no nothing. which shows me theres no remorse and unfortunely i dont think i ever want to be associated with that. Ive been a long standing loyal customer and ive always had issues but said nothing and brushed it off but this has topped the cake. If you cant deliver...dont offer the service PERIOD!</p>
