Don't join their insurance it can't be cancelled

I opened an account with Mr price, after they approved they called with insurance and sim cards which I agreed to, I realized I was paying more than I was I wanted to so I cancelled the upsells, you they sent me massages to show I called all the products, however they still billed me for family plan which I cancelled, months passed buy and I'm still paying it, 2 months ago I went to Mr price telling them to cancel it they to call but they couldn't get through they told me to return another time and I did for the same results, but this time the guy was nice enough to email and cancel via email, they rep**** a week later telling me that as agreed when I signed up that it will take 30 days for them to cancel it, I didn't mind because finally they cancelled it the day of the month came the collected I was hoping it was the last time, and guess what, its been more than 30 days now and I'm still charged for the product I cancelled
