Don't get favourable responses online

I cannot believe the service from Mr P online. I made a eft payment for my order yesterday and have forwarded the proof of payment. I understand that it takes 24-48 working hours for the funds to reflect. My question was to the consultants, can the package be prioritised for delivery once payment clears and they cannot answer. It's almost like a copy or paste response. I have ordered online before and it literally takes 2 days to pack the parcel before sending with the courier. My proof of payment should serve as co-lateral so that Mr P packs the package in the interim while waiting for funds to clear. I'm out of town for 3 weeks from Thursday hence I have asked this but don't get a favourable response online.
