dont buy phones from MR PRICE

hi good day im very disapointed in Mr price staff and process my mom got a mobile device from you guys and loved it for about 3 months then it started giving a screen issue . she took the phone back to the store and asked them to fix it , the mobile was booked in and sent back to the brance westgat mall mitchells plain , they called her to collect the device , when she turned on the phone there was a different issue with the screen and once again she took it back now 10 months later nothing has been done untill 2 weeks ago when i went with her to the store , they promised that the matter will be sorted . a week ago tarron from the mobile dept @ the brance contacted her to say she must call mobie cell as they cant locate the phone . i dont know what happening but this is not fair as my mom have been with Mr price for years and always pop in to buy her something there but this time around she feels like they just ignoring her , she is a pensioner and cant deal with this type of matters at her age . please get back to me
