Don't buy from MrPrice online

Tried buying online and after paying I was told the order failed. I tried contacting Mr Price email and over the phone and they keep telling me the transaction has been reversed only for the bank to tell me it hasn't. It's been over a month now and I still haven't gotten my money back.
