Don't buy cellphones from Mr. Price

Do not buy a cellphone or any electronics from Mr. Price, because once you do and discover a technical problem with it from the moment you left the store, you cannot return it for a new device or refund... it's like buying underwear.... it's not returnable.... basically you lose out on your money because you don't know whether your phone will have technical problems. What happened to the 7 day return policy? Especially given that the fault was not due to your negligence but due to their's.

To.make things worst they not customer friendly and when approaching the Blueroute mall store, the manager was apparently unable to see me due to taking stock.... I had to wait in the store for over an hour and still wasn't seen. Left disappointed...tried to get a regional managers contact but none of the staff wad competent enough to assist me.
