Don't buy anything online, or expect 3 weeks & no service

Not sure why I see so many adverts for Mr Price online; really doesn't work very well. AFTER paying I was told estimated delivery was in 3 weeks (way too long to wait) - I tried calling the helpline, was told to email, emailed but no reply 4 days later, logged a complaint on FB advert, no response. Seems really not to be online.
