Don’t bother calling their customer services- useless!!

I have ordered online through the Mr Price App . And unfortunately I was not logged in , do my orde is created under “guest “. My items arrived and I was not happy with the sizing and Quality. I now want to return the items for a refund . However, for some odd reason there is no physical invoice in this order, I was also not emailed one, only an order confirmation.

I called their customer services TWICE, requesting for an invoice and every single time it’s stories. It’s like I’m not being taken seriously. This is my money , and I have every right to it. At this point I feel they are not helping me just so that the 30days can lapse and I forfeit my money. This is manipulative of the Mr Price Group. *****ery.

Do you not train your staff to do checks to ensure invoices are placed inside all orders ????!!!
