I'm extremely disgruntled by how Mr Price debited me even after paying up my account and never bothered to refund my money back! Tried sending them a message on Facebook but they never responded! Was only advised to call accounts department, why should I be the one to call you when you are the ones who did all this! I just need my money back before we have a serious problem and I would also like to further cancel my account this is ridiculous.
