Don't care attitude

I bought for a considerable amount at the store. When I left I found 2 men in my car trying to ***** it. The pulled out gun to shoot. My wife and kids stood outside Mr price. Because of the rain I asked the security to let my family in cause it was cold. They refused. The didn't assist at all. The security at the door was rude. I asked for the address of the store and was told to look at ur receipt. They didn't have the police number. They should a complete don't care attitude.
