Does not fulfill online orders/ poor customer service

After 3 weeks of waiting for 2 items I received a email stating that 1 of my items is out of stock. Mr Price is unwilling to cancel my order or give me a refund. Its not my fault that Mr Price does not have stock of an item that I ordered that was instock at the time of my order. I've received no further feedback from them. I do not wish to receive only one item as I ordered it as an outfit. Beware when purchasing items online as they do not honour their commitments. Really disappointed in this retailer and will never support them again. Should Mr Price wish to respond I will only communicate via email
