Does Mrp stand up for their employees?

Being Working for Mrp your years now How does the company protect their employees from customers Because what I see is Mrp is giving customers too much rights that they end up abusing them towards the employees of Mrp

When you dealing with a customer on the sales floor you meet up with lots of things At the end of the day a customer is a human being not God

I wanna know how do you protect your employees I only see the dos and don't of employees towards customers But how safe are the employees
