Do you even have something like customer service?

After my experience with the MRP call center - Trying to get some answers as to why I'm receiving a call from their ***** Department after an online purchase, which I've verified with an OTP sent to my cellphone - I'm closing my account. I was transferred from one department to the next department, and kept on hold for 45 minutes. I cannot, apparently, speak to the ***** Department directly. I've requested to speak to a call center manager, which apparently, does not exist in their call center. No feedback, no assistance, not listening to my query, I'm done. And after some bad experiences at some of their stores and receiving incorrect items that I've ordered online, I'm done with MR Price. I've been a loyal customer for years. I've paid my account on time, every month, since I've opened my account. Good Bye, MR Price, and thanks for the absolute horrific service.
