DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I am severely disappointed in their after sales service, i ordered earbuds on the app and the ones that arrived are NOT AT ALL the ones shown in the picture, i spoke to Nivashni and had to go back and forth just to get a courier to pick up the falsely advertised product and now i am struggling to just get it refunded back into my store account, if i knew it would be such an uphill battle i never would've opened a Mr. Price account to start with, they are useless!!!!!
