DO NOT WANT TO WORK, BUT WANT TO BE PAID

I went to Mr Price Greenstone this morning to return an item. There was a group of staff standing around talking. When I approach the group they scatter. I manager to get the attention of one of them and explain I want to return something. She points to someone. I approach her and get told her computer is not working yet, points to someone else, who has some reason why she can't help me and points to someone else. Eventually I get helped and she has to verify the price and get authorisation, this takes time. <br> I then go upstairs to buy things and when I want to pay, there is only one person behind the counter, counting her float. She says go down stairs and pay.<br> By this time I am fed up and ask to talk to the manager. When I tell what is happening in her store, she says she is unaware of this and will check it out. It is no good sitting in her back office unaware of what is going on out front.<br> This store also always never opens on time as they have to have a prayer meeting before opening and this can go on after 9.00am. Staff should arrive well before 9.00 if this is what happens before opening the shop.
