Do not use mrp online for shop

I don't know why I keep using mrp online/ store collection.

I received an email saying my order is awaiting collection at MRP Fourways. First they said they need the email with a barcode that was sent to me to scan and open a drawer. The email received from MRP has no barcode.

Then the staff at MRP say they cannot find the package and they're unsure why the email was sent.

I've been waiting at the store for a clear answer or next steps for the past 30 mins. This is truly unacceptable. The items ordered was meant for a birthday gift for this coming weekend
