DO NOT USE MR PRICE ONLINE STORE EVER

I purchased clothes online, this is now the second saturday no delivery and no communication as to what is happening. I constantly have to chase after them and sit for hours to be attended to on their WhatsApp line only to get disconnected when the consultants cannot provide and answer. I regret ever using this method. I now just want my refund so I can move on with my life. I have never in my life experienced such ridiculous online service, delivery company lies and then returns items to the warehouse that the entire process took two weeks; now we are going on to the third week. Something that takes other department stores 5 working days takes Mr Price a whole month.
