Do not shop online!!!
Out of desperation I purchased a few items online on 19/08/2017. I paid for express store delivery as I needed the items on or before 24/08/2017. The delivery time frame is 2-3 working days. It is the 24th and I still have not received the items I ordered. Their express delivery is just a way to get more money from you. In actual fact, the service is economy. When I ask if I will be refunded, I was told I'll get R10 if the items are 4 days late. Then why have express delivery if the service is not express. I will definitely not purchase from Mr Price again.
