DO NOT REMOVE CREDIT LISTING DEPSITE ACCOUNT BEING SETTLED

I went under voluntary debt rescue and Order granted in October 2021. The amount owed to Mr Price as per court order was R 7 941.49. Mr Price accepted terms of repayment and furnished counsellors with Certificate of balance.

As at 5 March 2024, the account was settled with a total amount paid of R 9 234.76. That's an amount of R 1 285.92 in excess of what the initial balance was.

Although the records have been updated on the credit bureaus to reflect a nul balance, Mr Price have not removed the profile. I further confirm that i am still awaiting a paid up letter.

Despite emailing and receiving an automated reply, i have had no feedback and the Mr Price listing is still reflecting on my credit profile. I don't know who else to ask or to write to for it to be removed.
