DO NOT ORDER FROM MR PRICE ONLINE... THEY STOLE MY MONEY

Mr Price online has provided the most disgusting and poor service that I have ever received. I placed an order online for winter clothing for my kids in May 2020. The order has not been received too date. I have called the call Centre who was unable to help and let me hang on a call whilst the call center agent chatted to her friends and did not respond to me. I sent messages on messenger on Facebook and they failed to assist me. I wrote a message on MrP Facebook page- no response to date. I sent a message on twitter and was advised to send my order details, which I did- no response to date- this was more than a month ago. I have e mailed MRP re a refund. No response to date. This is extremely poor service. It further suggests a lack of management of the people who deal with clients. Do l no t order from MrP online as they are useless.
