Do not open Mr price account

I have an account with Mr price, it's 8 years now. I paid up the account this month, all of a sudden I get an sms that I made a purchase of R6031.44 which was the amount of credit available. I have store card with me, not sure how my account was used. I have done an Affidavit to dispute the purchase and sent it to Mr price, no one has contacted me about it and my account is still not rectified. I phoned several times to follow up on the investigation,nothing was done. I'm not sure if MRP is trying to reap me or what. I have been their loyal customer for 8 years. If you plan to open an account with Mr price think twice, had problems with Mr price mobile before, now it's the store.
