Your company is a joke, your admin people has no idea what they are doing and dont care about your long time customers! Seems your company makes enough money that you dont need your account customers.

I have been a account customer for many many years. Now suddenly you Mimosa clothing and sport brances refuse to sell to me if I dont have my ID! They know me by name! Why must I give my ID! I have a green id book and dont carry it with me! there is other ways to do security checks!I SAY AGAIN THEY KNOW ME BY NAME!!!!

EVEN WORST with a return! The only people who can do ***** on a account return is your staff!!! If you dont trust them, make it an inconvenience for them not us!

Sheet street started to do this a while back and I stopped buying there, your other Mimosa branches will follow! Seen that you dont need turnover!!!

You are inconveniencing your loyal customers! I contacted their customer service, and all they said was thats their new policy and even if they know me they want a id. Do NOT open a acoount with them!!!
