do not buy from Mrp online, it's a ****

Please do not buy from Mrp online. I placed an order *** on MRP Online on 06/12/2024 , and one of the items was out of stock. I was informed that I would receive a refund within 5-7 working days, but it's now well beyond that, and I haven't received anything.

Every time I contact customer service to follow up, I’m met with excuses and constant runarounds. No one seems to take responsibility or provide a clear resolution. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I expected better from MRP, and I hope they resolve this issue promptly, as it has made me hesitant to shop online with them again.
