Do not buy From MrP Online

I am an extremely frustrated and dissatisfied customer of Mr Price. I placed an order in April for items intended as a gift for Mother’s Day. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day, and the package still has not arrived. I am deeply inconvenienced because I now have to purchase alternative gifts at my own expense. I reached out to customer service, and the response was abysmal. There was no empathy, no support, and a complete disregard for my concerns. Chats were closed quickly without any proper resolution being offered. I paid hard earned money for this order, yet the delay is now being blamed on the courier, with no real assistance from Mr Price. I live close to their Durban office, yet it is now the 9th of May and I still have not received my package. We shop online for convenience because many of us work and do not always have the time to go in store. The least a company can do is communicate properly when there are delays. I strongly discourage people from buying from Mr Price online. Rather support retailers like Shein or Temu, or other competitors, because they communicate clearly with customers and at least try to assist or compensate when deliveries are delayed. My experience with Mr Price has been extremely disappointing
