Do not buy from Mr Price online.

Mr Price has the worst customer service ever. I purchased shoes online on the 05th of July and I received an email from them later that week saying that the order was cancelled. I have been running after them on all social media platforms trying to enquire about my refund but never got help. They've been ignoring my DMs on Twitter. I need my money back. I don't understand why they do not update their website when the product is no longer available. I want my hard earned cash back!
