DO NOT BOTHER THEY DONT HAVE HUMANS WORKING FOR THEM

If I could I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. This is by far the worst company to deal with whether it’s online via SocialMedia all round just pathetic. I made a purchase the funds were taken from my bank account but the items remained in the basket. Tried contacting them via the app via WhatsApp their Twitter page and via telephone but they really just don’t care. No feedback or follow up. Not even a courtesy call to acknowledge your complaint and that they will attend to your matter. And the cheery is I don’t have a store account this is a cash purchase. I asked that they just get the item to me I’m not even interested in a refund. But to date as I mentioned they just couldn’t care. I no longer want nothing but my money back and make it known this company has no interest or pride in their clientele as long as they making money. A retail store where many have complained about their non existent customer care within the store and call centre as well as their SocialMedia. MR Price please just give back my damn money you have until 9h00 Tuesday morning the 11th May 2021 and no later or I’m lodging a ombudsman complaint. This is not on I want my money so I can make use of a service where the customers are worth treating as such. 24-48hrs has came and passed I want nothing more than my money.
